Event Information and Resources

The Coastal Science and Policy Program, in collaboration with the Division of Graduate Studies, Division of Physical and Biological Sciences, Division of Social Sciences, and Peter Coha are pleased to host the 6th Annual Climate Science and Policy Conference on April 11, 2019.

The Conference will include a moderated panel discussion followed by concurrent conversations showcasing the breadth and depth of the research and opportunities for action that the UC Santa Cruz community is leading, guiding, and informing. 

We are looking for program participants!

  • Does your work address aspects of climate change, climate justice/environmental justice, and/or community action around these topics? 
  • Are you a UCSC graduate student, post doc, or early career faculty addressing the above topics?  
  • Are you excited to strengthen your science communication skills

If yes to all of the above, we want to feature your work during Climate Conversations, part of the 6th Annual Climate Conference, 6:30-9:00pm on April 11, 2019 at the Rio Theatre
